LONDON--EasyJet PLC (EZJ.LN) has appointed Andrew Findlay as
chief financial officer to succeed Chris Kennedy.
The European budget airline said on Monday that Mr. Findlay,
currently CFO of Halfords PLC (HFD.LN, will be joining the board of
easyJet PLC as a director and CFO by the end of October.
Mr. Findlay will succeed Chris Kennedy, who announced on Jan. 8
that he was joining ARM Holdings PLC as CFO.
Bike and car-parts retailer Halfords said the process to appoint
Mr. Findlay's successor was underway.
Mr. Findlay has been CFO at Halfords since Feb. 1, 2011. Prior
to that he was director of finance, tax and treasury at Marks &
Spencer PLC (MKS.LN).
