Bluefield Solar Income Fund Gets Long-Term, Short-Term Loans of GBP217 Million

LONDON--Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd. (BSIF.LN) said on
Tuesday that it has gotten a long-term loan of 187 million pounds
($247.4 million) from Aviva Investors, as well as a short-term loan
of GBP30 million.
The company said that it is going to use the loans to pay the
short-term debt of GBP200 million from Royal Bank of Scotland PLC
(RBS.LN) and Investec Bank PLC (INVP.LN).
Shares at 0745 GMT up 0.5 pence, or 0.5%, at 107.45 pence
valuing the company at GBP334 million.
