VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA announces that it is completing a non-brokered private placement of 2,500,000 units at a price of US$0.20 per unit for total proceeds of US$500,000. Each unit is comprised of one share of common stock and one half share purchase warrant. Each whole purchase warrant entitles the purchaser to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of two years from closing.

The funds will be used for general corporate purposes including land acquisition and exploration.
