The same guy who brought this "DD" to the surface is the same guy who posted false "DD" on DAN*. His M.O. seems to be to bring up supposed due diligence about private company that's going to reverse merge with a dormant shell. My guess is he frontloads the shell and then announces his ridiculous findings and dumps on the unsuspecting saps that believe his garbage DD.

MGFX gave nothing. No news, no share structure, no contact info to OTCMarkets, no plans, no nothing. Now its in Caveat Emptor status, and for good reason! MGFX was given a FAKE new chairman through some unscrupulous FAKE DD posting, so it FAKE ran. But people lost REAL money.

It was more like a taste of what FAKE DD can do: SCAM traders who can't do DD themselves, and can't even comprehend simple facts.
Now those same traders are all stuck here, unless of course more

You know that's a great observation and whats interesting about this pos is since they were successful once, they may try to do it again only this time trying to get buyers at .08 -.12 and then crash it. I'm watching for a quick flip just because I've seen this too many times.
