YUMA, Ariz., Jan. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Monkey Rock Group,
Inc., (MKRO) has filed its annual report for fiscal year ended
2010.
Monkey Rock Group, Inc. (soon to be renamed Nissi Mining Co.) ,
now headed by Dexter Aspacio, is
committed to bringing the company current in all its filing
obligations as soon as possible and to this end Mr. Aspacio has
directed the company accountants and auditors to have the three
quarters ending September 30, 2011
filed before the end of the first financial quarter in 2012. "We
recognize the benefit from being current in our public filings in
order to raise the capital we need to finance the start of our
proposed contract milling facility and mining operations," Mr.
Aspacio noted recently.
Monkey Rock Group, Inc. ("Monkey Rock"), with its new core
mission being to recover gold from its proposed contract
milling operations and it's mineral claims filed in Yuma with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM),
Management expects that with adequate and timely funding, currently
initially projected as being under six
million dollars ($5,500,000
for 2012 ) the company would be able to, by its geologists
projections, extract approximately 20,000 ounces of gold in
the year after the capital has been raised, plus silver and
other metals including copper which could generate in
excess of $32,000,000 by FYE 2014 at
current gold prices.
Total resources on the Los Flores Mine Property are
conservatively estimated by Mr. Craig
Parkinson licensed Arizona
geologist, at approximately 58.5 million tons of gold-bearing rock
containing approximately 1.8 million ounces of gold.
