Forensic animation is one of the newest legal tools used in just about every type of legal suit imaginable. In patent cases, forensic animation can be used to recreate what the patent itself does. In accident cases, an animated video tool can be used to recreate the accident and to determine who was at fault which LAI did in a municipal wrongful death case, resulting in a payout totaling $27 million.
