Item 8.01 Other Events

 

The previously announced Special Meeting of stockholders originally scheduled to take place on December 14, 2023, has been canceled by the Company. Proxy statements were previously mailed to seek approval for a discretionary reverse stock split. However, the Company would like to clarify that it currently has no intention to proceed with a split of its common stock.
