Scott A. Optenberg co-presented the Mali Case Study with Mali's Dr.
Mamadou S. Traore to delegates gathered for the International
Health Summit in Hollywood Beach, Florida. Dr. Optenberg is
President of NetImpact's Health Care Information Systems Division.
Dr. Traore is Director of the Mali Health Ministry's Hospital
Assessment and Planning. Their address focused on the need for a
healthcare information infrastructure in Mali and how
