Panglobal Brands Appoints Frank Chan as Chief Operating Officer

Panglobal Brands Inc. (OTCBB:PNGB) has appointed Frank Chan as
Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Mr. Chan was Chief
Financial Officer of Femme Knits, Inc. and joined Panglobal Brands
after our acquisition of the Scrapbook and Crafty Couture
trademarks. At Scrapbook, Mr. Chan was involved in all aspects of
operations including domestic and import production, sales, design
and human resources. Prior to Femme Knits, Mr. Chan spent 13 years
in the Commercial Finance industry specifically working with
apparel companies. Within these roles, he has provided both
accounts receivable factoring and asset-based financing to numerous
apparel companies and has been actively involved in monitoring
operations, company performance and growth. At the beginning of his
career, he trained as an accountant and attained a Bachelor of
Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration
(M.B.A.). Mr. Chan is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.).
