Puma SE (PUM.XE) said Wednesday that it has signed a sponsorship agreement with Porsche Automobil Holding SE's (PAH3.XE) racing business, Porsche Motorsport.

The German sportswear company said that it has agreed to equip Porsche's crew with fireproof racing clothing and accessories, and that its logo will feature on Porsche race cars and clothing.

Under the agreement, Puma and its subsidiary Branded Sports Merchandising have acquired "the rights to develop, sell and market a range of replica and fanwear products for Porsche Motorsport," including clothing, shoes, headwear and other accessories.
