Associated with this change, the company announced today that Susan A. McLaughlin, President of ABD International, North America and Senior Vice President of Presstek since January 2005, has resigned. As a result of the consolidation of ABDick's sales, service, and other operational functions with Presstek, the company will be dissolving the operations of ABD International, which was formed at the time the company acquired ABDick. Consequently, the company has accepted the resignation of ABD International's President, Susan A. McLaughlin. Going forward, all sales, service, and customer-facing operations, as well as Presstek Europe will report directly to Edward J. Marino, Presstek's President and Chief Executive Officer. Included in the organizational announcement are new titles for two of the North American leadership team. Mr. Emile Tabassi is appointed VP of Presstek North American Sales and Mr. Joe Musgrave is appointed VP of Presstek North American Service, respectively.
