On-Mix.com is an online music label with 15 years' experience of releasing and publishing music, currently has over 75 artists on their label, and brings with them a wealth of knowledge and understanding of artists and their needs in the 21st century.

ON-Mix Artist Management will establish a boutique artist management company based on excellence and offer a personalized service to artists with their experienced staff. It will concentrate on the core management business, retaining the independence and flexibility to seek partnerships which benefit the individual artists, as well as ON-Mix Music, the music label.

ON-Mix.com has primarily focused on online sales and sees this new activity as a logic step to branch out, thanks to the current network of RHCO's other subsidiaries. On-Mix Artist Management will add to the total synergy of the Readen group.

ON-Mix Artist Management's aim is to offer a podium for artists to provide entertainment in over 200 hotels in Europe within the first year of operation. All these artists will be available on the ON-Mix Music platform.

ON-Mix Music will facilitate total management such as booking performances, promotion and advertising, financing and supervision.
