SCHYY Sands China Ltd (PK)

HONG KONG--Sands China Ltd. (1928.HK) has reached a confidential settlement with Steven C. Jacobs whereby the former chief executive officer and president has dismissed all claims, the casino operator said in a statement before trading hours Wednesday.

Mr. Jacobs had filed a wrongful termination lawsuit in Nevada in October 2010 after being fired from the job as CEO.

Sands China said that on or around May 31, Mr. Jacobs dismissed all claims in Nevada against the company's controlling shareholder, Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS), their unit Venetian Macau Ltd, and Sands Chairman Sheldon Adelson.
