Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 30, 2024, the Board of Managers of South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC approved and declared a cash distribution of $1.30 per outstanding capital unit, or approximately $39.5 million. The distribution is expected to be paid and issued to members on February 1, 2024.
