Merchant Securities Group PLC (MERC.LN) Thursday announced that Sanlam U.K. Limited has indicated that any offer for the Group, if made, will be satisfied entirely in cash and will not include shares in Sanlam Limited, the parent company of Sanlam U.K. Limited.

-Shares at 1202 GMT flat at GBP0.15 valuing the company at GBP8 million.
