2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
The Company's Board of Directors has set the date of December 13, 2012 for the Company's 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 6, 2012 will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The meeting will be held at the Company's corporate headquarters, 1063 McGaw Avenue, Irvine, CA 92614, on December 13, 2012, starting at 10:00 a.m. PST.
