Item 5.02   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On November 23, 2021, the Boards of Directors of TEB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and The Equitable Bank, S.S.B. (the “Bank”) appointed Rachelle Marquardt as a director of each entity.  Ms. Marquardt is expected to be appointed to the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Boards of Directors.  Ms. Marquardt is not a party to any transaction with the Company or the Bank that would be required to be disclosed under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
