Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On January 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of TEB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Equitable Bank, S.S.B. (the “Bank”) appointed Allen J. Prochnow as Director of each entity. effective February 1, 2022.  Mr. Prochnow is not a party to any transaction with the Company or the Bank that would be required to be disclosed under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, and Mr. Prochnow is not anticipated to be appointed to any committees of the Board of Directors of the Company at this time.

On January 25, 2022, Vice Chairman of the Boards of the Company and the Bank, Charles R. Pittelkow, informed the boards of directors of those entities that he would be retiring, effective January 31, 2022.  The Board of Directors of the Bank has appointed Mr. Pittelkow a Director Emeritus in connection with his retirement.
