Trimax Corporation (OTCBB: TMXN) Chairman and CEO Robert S. Stewart
announced the closing today of the purchase of five mining
properties in Mexico from Exploraciones San Bernardo S.A. de C.V.
The purchase consists of properties comprising over 10,000 acres
known as La Raquel 2, two claims on La Dura 8, and two claims on La
Dura 5. Trimax plans to develop several strategic gold, silver,
copper and calcite mining claims on these properties in the
municipality of Alamos, Sonora, Mexico. The history of the
properties and preliminary geological studies indicate the presence
of mineral resources.
Trimax will thoroughly research these mining claims, carrying
out extensive geological and geophysical analysis and building an
exploration program. A drilling program will commence immediately
after concluding the surface investigations.
