Why even bring up NICE in the response if the MHRA has made a negative recommendation to CHM? The decision may be close at hand, but it hasn't been made yet.

For why the hell would to bother todo all that if they are rejected?
The process, by law, is that if MHRA has objections that would cause it to not be approved then the MUST take the case to CHM. And the must notify the sponsor of this. And the sponsor has the opportunity argue their case.

I'd settle for some RWE ( Real world evidence ) .....how many posters put themselves on ignore . Is that only experienced by long term AMRN posters or seen also on other IHUB boards . Maybe it's a newly discovered side effect of long term posting.
