Strike off and dissolution of Eversholt Finance Holdings Limited (company number 07327371) (the Company)

Eversholt Funding plc (the Issuer) hereby gives notice:

1.   that the Company transferred its shareholding in the Issuer to Eversholt Investment Limited (EIL) (EIL being an 'Obligor' as defined in the Issuer's Prospectus dated 25 October 2019) on 13 December 2023;

2.   that the Company ceased to be an Obligor (as defined in the Issuer's Prospectus dated 25 October 2019) on 13 December 2023.

3.   of the voluntary strike off and dissolution of the Company which was undertaken in accordance with sections 1003 to 1011 (inclusive) of the Companies Act 2006.

4.   A notice of the proposed strike off and dissolution of the Company was published in the Gazette on 30 April 2024. As no objections were received in the two months following publication of this notice, the Company was struck off the companies register and dissolved. The formal dissolution of the Company was confirmed by a second notice published by Companies House in the Gazette and dated 16 July 2024.
