The Company was notified that the following holdings of Sterling ordinary shares of no par value ("Sterling shares") were acquired on 29 February 2012 and are beneficially held by Graham Harrison, a Director of the Company:

   --    Sterling shares beneficial held by Graham Harrison (Via Collins Stewart Wealth Management)

Following the purchase of these Sterling shares, Mr Harrison now holds 10,000 Sterling shares in the Company.
