Notification of PDMR and PCA
transactions
The Company provides notification of
the following transactions relating to the interests of each of the
below named PDMRs and PCAs in the ordinary shares of nominal value
US$0.001 each in the capital of the Company ('Share(s)') (ISIN:
GB00BNTWWT07).
The transactions arise out of each
of the PDMRs receiving Shares from Amicorp Investments Limited
('AIL') pursuant to the dividend in specie by that company
announced earlier today ('Dividend').
Each of AIL and United Investment
and Consultancy Co. Ltd. ('United') are PCAs of Antonius Rudolphus
Wilhelmus Knipping ('TK'), the Non-Executive Chairman of the
Company. AIL and United's shareholdings in the Company have
decreased and increased, respectively, as a result of the
Dividend.
The following disclosures
are given in fulfilment of the
Company's obligations under DTR 3.1 and the UK version of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation.
Following completion of these
transactions, the beneficial ownership of Shares by PDMRs is as

by each of those companies as Mr Knipping is beneficially entitled
to by virtue of his indirect shareholding in each of AIL and
AL.
