PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
On 9 February 2024, abrdn Private
Equity Opportunities Trust plc ("APEO") bought back 149,135
Ordinary Shares at an average price of 514.94 pence per share to be
held in Treasury.
Following the transaction, APEO's
issued ordinary share capital comprises:

The total number of voting rights in
