Atos SE (ATO.FR) said Tuesday that it has signed a contract with Aviva PLC (AV.LN) for the delivery of a digital-transformation program for Aviva's data-center infrastructure.

Atos said the six-and-a-half-year contract has an 18-month transitional period that will see services move away from the incumbent provider. The transitional period is included in the agreement and already underway, Atos said. Under the contract, Atos will deliver cross-enterprise critical-data services, said the company.

No financial details of the contract have been disclosed.
