    Bulgarian Land Development plc

    Bulgarian Land Development plc (the "Company"), the AIM listed Bulgarian residential and commercial development company, received
notification on 22 December 2008 that AG Capital Management Limited, a company controlled by Christo Iliev (an executive director of the
Company), bought a total of 797,500 ordinary shares at 25p per share on 22 December 2008.

    The beneficial interest of Christo Iliev (including such interests of persons deemed to be connected to him) following this transaction
is 5,796,498 ordinary shares representing c.14.5% of the total issued share capital of the Company (of which ordinary shares 1,425,000 are
held directly by Christo Iliev and 4,371,498 are held by AG Capital Management Limited).
