The reason for our request is such that Lafarge SA acquired REDLAND PLC in 1997,
and the financial results of Redland PLC are consolidated in to Lafarge SA  
annual results from the date of acquisition.  Redland PLC was delisted in 1998 
and the company is now non-trading.
