6 June 2005: Celsis International plc today announces that following the
achievement of   the performance criteria set in the executive directors share
option plan dated 7 July 2004 (the "Scheme"), Jay LeCoque, Chief Executive, and
Christian Madrolle, Finance Director, have respectively become entitled to
options over 400,000 and 266,667 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of
32.75p per share.  Subject to the achievement of performance criteria,
additional options over respectively 800,000 and 533,333 Ordinary Shares have
been awarded under the Scheme to Jay LeCoque and Christian Madrolle at a price
of 32.75 p per share.
