                                 Share Options


4 August 2005: Celsis International plc today announces that following the
adoption of the Share Performance Plan at the Annual General Meeting held on 26
July 2005, Jay LeCoque, Chief Executive and Christian Madrolle, Finance
Director, have respectively been awarded 525,575 and 405,600 Share Options at a
price of 1p per share on 26 July 2005.


These Share Options are subject to the achievement of performance criteria as
detailed in the Share Performance Plan.
