    Cantono plc's capital consists of 30,015,922 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'). Cantono plc does not
hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
    Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Cantono plc is 30,015,922.
    The figure of 30,015,922 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cantono plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
