APPOINTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR SALES AND SERVICE OF NEW BENCH TOP
                            WASHER-DISINFECTOR-DRYER

The Board of DawMed Systems plc ("DawMed" or "the Company"), the AIM listed
medical device company which designs, manufactures, sells and services
healthcare decontamination equipment used by NHS Trust hospitals, private
hospitals, clinics and Primary Care practitioners, is pleased to announce the
signing of a Distribution Agreement for Sales and Service of a new bench top
washer-disinfector-dryer manufactured by the Company's operating subsidiary
company, DawMed International Limited.

The Agreement provides for the sale by DawMed International Limited of a
substantial minimum number of the new bench top washer-disinfector-dryers and
represents the Company's first notable export achievement for this type of
medical device.

The new Distributor is a wholly owned European subsidiary company of a large
International European company, itself owned by a Global Ultimate Parent
Company.
