If anyone needs proof this company has a credibility problem with the market. A gagged Transfer Agent is a major red flag and a problematic concern for any shareholder. I'd question whether an Interim CEO can remedy this barrier to retail interest.

If you called the SEC, they'll likely request an amendment. The Soffinova rep who filled it out is likely oblivious to the error unless a shareholder pinged them like they were hitting up PWC back in the day.

The cusip issue is a typo. Call the SEC on Monday all the other ones are correct. So it's a weird typo but it's still a typo. My broker said these shares qualify to be deemed worthless but I would have to do it they won't do it for me
