HAREWOOD STRUCTURED INVESTMENT PCC LIMITED (the "Company") 
in respect of its EURO HIGH INCOME CELL (the "Cell") 
DIVIDEND DECLARATION 
 
The Directors have declared a third interim dividend of 1.875 pence per each 
Class A Sterling Hedged Euro High Income Preference Share payable out of the 
Cell in respect of the financial year ending 31 October 2010.  This dividend 
will be payable on 28 June 2010 to holders on record 28 May 2010.  The 
corresponding ex-dividend date will be 26 May 2010. 
 
The Directors have declared a third interim dividend of 1.875 cents per each 
Class B Unhedged Euro High Income Preference Share payable out of the Cell in 
respect of the financial year ending 31 October 2010. This dividend will be 
payable on 28 June 2010 to holders on record 28 May 2010.  The corresponding 
ex-dividend date will be 26 May 2010.
