The total number of voting rights attaching to the Ordinary
Shares of EVRAZ plc is therefore 1,338,400,101.
The above figure (1,338,400,101) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares under the FSA's
