First Artist announces that members of Jon Smith's immediate family (Janine
Smith, Scott Smith and Ross Smith) today purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of
0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 4.5p per share.
Accordingly, Jon Smith and his immediate family are now beneficially interested
in 11,4443,643 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.9 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
