Further to the announcement released on the 26 March 2008, the Board announces
that Peter Richard Smith, aged 60, will be joining the Feedback Board with
immediate effect.  Mr Smith has spent the majority of his career working as a
chartered certified accountant and has been a director of Roca Management
Services Limited since 1997.



In addition, Mr Smith has been a director of Garrick Estate Limited, Stoke
Forgings Limited, Bestolife Limited and Granja S.A. a manufacturer of garden
equipment in France which was placed in a members liquidation by its parent
company in 2005, all creditors have been paid in full to date.



Save for the information disclosed above, there is no other information in
relation to Peter Smith required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 17.
