American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of FieldPoint Petroleum Corp.

NEW YORK, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the common shares of FieldPoint Petroleum
Corp., under the trading symbol FPP. Based in Austin, Texas,
FieldPoint Petroleum is engaged in oil and gas exploration,
production, and acquisition. The company has varying ownership
interest in 300 productive wells located in Oklahoma, Texas, and
Wyoming. FieldPoint Petroleum currently operates 50 of the 300
