The Company announces that Robert Divall a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has disposed of 2,537 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Robert Divall then immediately acquired 2,522 ordinary shares within his Stocks & Shares ISA - this series of transactions is often referred to as a bed and ISA exchange. The disposal and acquisition took place on Friday 21 April 2023.
