the Company confirms the following:
As at 30 October 2015 the Company's issued share capital
consists of 58,861,548 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculation by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest
in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
