Purchase of Ordinary Shares

 

Judges Scientific announces that on 8 May 2024 it acquired 654 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11350p per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been immediately allocated to certain employees to satisfy awards under the Company's reward scheme.
