Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that David Cicurel, CEO, on 26 September 2024 sold 60,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10,000 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction David Cicurel is beneficially interested in 544,343 Ordinary Shares and beneficially and non beneficially interested in 611,343 Ordinary Shares, his non beneficial interest comprising 67,000 Ordinary Shares he has gifted to Shoftim Charitable Trust.
