Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "DGTRs"), the Company is notifying the market that, as at 31 March 2023, it has in issue 700,000 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights and 600,000 A Shares(1) with no voting rights. Accordingly, shareholders should use the total number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue of 700,000 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the DGTRs.

Notes

1 The A Shares are ordinary equity shares with the same economic rights as the Company's ordinary shares but without voting rights. They are convertible into ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis at the time at which the Company next publishes a prospectus or equivalent document in relation to a future listing of shares.
