Alexander David announces that on 8 December 2010 Trevor Coote a Director of the 
Company has purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a 
price of 0.27p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transactions the 
beneficial interest of Mr Coote becomes 91,149,650 Ordinary Shares, representing 
14.4 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
