NOTIFICATION
OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
On
26 July 2024 the Company made awards
to employees under the Moonpig Savings-Related Share Option Plan
(the "Plan"). Options were granted over the Company's shares at an
option price of £1.50 per share. Three- year savings contracts will
commence on 1 October
2024.
The
following Director received an award under the Plan.
The
relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance
with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse
