("Myhome" or the "Company")

    Resignation of Directors and Nomad
    The Company announces that the following directors have resigned with immediate effect following the appointment of joint Administrators
to the Company:
     Jon Pither
Russell O'Connell
Neal Gossage
Robert Boot
Arif Virani

    The Company also announces that following the appointment of joint Administrators, the Company's nominated adviser, Noble & Company
Limited, has resigned with immediate effect. The joint Administrators do not propose to appoint an alternative nominated adviser.  In the
event that a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by Myhome by 7.00 a.m. on 10 October 2008, the listing of the Company's shares
on AIM will be cancelled at that time.
