Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, INVU, Inc. ("the
Company") notifies the following:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 113,804,097 shares of common shares of nil par value, with voting rights
("Shares"), of which 83,417,558 Shares are trading under the ticker NVUK, the
"Reg S restricted" line, and 30,386,539 Shares are trading under the ticker NVU,
the "unrestricted" line. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of Shares in the Company with voting rights is
113,804,097.

The above figure of 113,804,097 Shares may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules or other applicable rules.
