selected by Pampa Energia S.A. (Pampa Energia) as the depositary
bank for its listed American depositary receipt (ADR) program. Each
Pampa Energia ADR represents 25 common shares and trades on the New
York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "PAM," while the
common shares trade on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange under the
symbol "PAMP." Pampa Energia is a fully integrated electricity
