Prestbury Holdings plc - Offer talks terminated

Prestbury Holdings plc ("Prestbury" or the "Company")



Further to the announcements of 1 March and 20 April concerning possible offer
talks, the Company announces that all discussions regarding a possible offer for
Prestbury have ceased.


Prestbury intends to focus on its strategy of growing its business organically
and by taking advantage of selective acquisition in the mortgage and insurance
distribution market that is likely to consolidate.
