Completion of Acquisition                      

PHSC plc, the Aylesford-based provider of health, safety and environmental services to corporate and public sector clients,
is  pleased  to announce completion today of its purchase of The Envex Company Limited (Envex). This acquisition  was
outlined in the statement accompanying the company's interim accounts, as announced on 4 December 2006.

Envex is a health and safety consultancy practice based in Berkshire. In the year ended 31 May 2006, Envex had revenues of
�238,000 and a modest pre-tax profit of �7,150. Acquisition of Envex gives a Group presence to the west of London and
complements existing Group locations to the south, north and east of London.

The initial consideration is �35,000 and there will be further payments of up to �37,000 on each of the first and second
anniversaries funded by profits generated in those periods.

Mr Andrew Large, previously a director of Envex, is appointed Managing Director of Envex.
