UPDATE REGARDING SUBMISSION OF A REQUEST FOR ARBITRATION AGAINST ROMANIA WITH RESPECT TO THE "CASA RADIO" PROJECT

Further to its last announcements dated May 17, 2022, Plaza Centers N.V. (" Plaza " or the " Company ") announces today that, having on May 16, 2022 issued a Request for Arbitration against Romania with respect to the "Casa Radio" project (the " Project "), on April 6, 2023 the Company filed its Memorial and supporting evidence at the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes, setting out its claims against Romania . The Company seeks full compensation for its losses with respect to the Project, currently estimated to be up to EUR 367,700,000 as at 31 March, 2023.
